About the Compliance Certification Clearinghouse, LLC

ClearCert is an information clearinghouse dedicated to assisting insurance carriers and their distribution partners with the compliance administration of training requirements they must validate according to laws enacted by many states in response to the NAIC Long Term Care Insurance Model Act of 2006. ClearCert is independent, of any carrier, distributor or training provider. This unique format allows competing firms to participate in a shared platform toward the common good.

The functionality and accountability of ClearCert was created and is maintained at the authority of participating insurance carriers.
