Compliance Certification Clearinghouse, LLC

ClearCert was founded in October of 2007 by William Wienhoff, an insurance training expert with more than 20 years of industry experience. Mr. Wienhoff quickly recognized the need for an information clearinghouse as an effective solution to the complex compliance requirements involved with the new mandatory long-term care training regulations, which require a unique approach because the insurance carriers – not state authorities – are ultimately responsible for training compliance.

The functionality and accountability of ClearCert was created and is maintained with the help and input of major insurance carriers and long-term care training entities.

ClearCert is supported by its members and is solely owned by Bill Wienhoff, LLC.
