training - yet. By the end of 2008, another dozen or so
states will do so, in many cases along with
implementation or anticipation of a state partnership
program.

pending at this time.
Hawaii - State partnership program rules
have been drafted.
Kentucky - State partnership program rules
have been drafted.
Louisiana - No legislation pending at this
time.
Massachusetts - No legislation pending at
this time.
Michigan - State plan amendment has been
filed.
Mississippi - State partnership rules are
being drafted.
New Hampshire - State plan amendment
submitted.
New Mexico - No legislation pending at
this time.
North Carolina - State partnership
programs rules are being drafted.
Utah - No legislation pending at this
time.
Vermont - No legislation pending at this time.
Washington - No partnership legislation in
development at this time. General long-term care
training requirement in place.
West Virginia - No legislation pending at
this time.
