Why do LTCI Distributors need ClearCert?

To ensure new submitted LTCI business is not returned or delayed because the producer did not:

  1. complete a required course (new NAIC/Partnership training)
  2. take the right course (course taken not certified for required training)
  3. take a course in the right state (proper course was completed for another state, but resident state of applicant does not reciprocate the training)
  4. document the course completion (no certificate available to document completion of mandatory training)
