Certain states prohibit retaking a course under certain circumstances. Producers are advised to observe rules regarding course retakes when selecting renewal training courses.

Insurance carriers are ultimately responsible for producer training compliance. ClearCert’s Member Carriers have analyzed state regulations, departmental bulletins and communications in determining the deadline for ongoing training. Please note that this deadline may differ from statements by course providers.
