Providing Compliance Services for The Long-Term Care Insurance Industry |
|
ClearCert Provider NetworkHow can training providers guarantee their students that their completion will be accepted by the industry's leading insurance carriers as proof of qualification status in each of their licensed states? Simply join ClearCert's Provider Network. Your participation assures producers that their course completions will be accepted, and allows you to take advantage of ClearCert's reporting system, eliminating the need to develop expensive reporting options while ensuring that the industry's leading carriers can instantly validate your students' compliance status. Why do I need approval from ClearCert?ClearCert does not approve courses for use. A continuing education or special long-term care use approval from a state that requires mandatory NAIC/Partnership training is the first step in ClearCert's Content Certification process. ClearCert's Content Review assures our Member's students that the industry's leading carriers will accept their certificates of completion as proof of compliance. These carriers may not accept certificates from courses that have not completed the ClearCert Content Review process as proof of completion. Why is the ClearCert Content Review needed? The content areas promulgated by the DRA and NAIC Model Act are insufficiently detailed to provide an objective content standard for insurance carriers' needs in validating the appropriateness of courses for mandatory LTCi training use. |

What is the Content Certification Review process? The ClearCert Content Certification Review is a compliance review and content documentation process that is conducted on behalf of ClearCert's Member Carriers. Your course content is mapped to a detailed content matrix developed by a team of highly experienced long-term care training experts. This matrix may include state-specific content where required. Is there a fee involved? There is no charge for Content Certification Reviews as long as
someone from your firm completes the necessary documentation to
begin the process. |
